Content licensed through the Moszaic platform remains the intellectual property of the respective publishers. Licensing terms are set per agreement and govern all permitted uses. Moszaic does not claim ownership of publisher content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moszaic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or content licensed through it.
